September will see the start of the new academic year when we welcome our new Transition Year Students from the local secondary schools to take part in the programme which aims to:
a) Introduce the students to the charity RESPECT and the Daughters of Charity Disability Support Services
b) Co-Ordinate and Plan some fundraising events in aid of RESPECT
c) Opportunity for the students to meet the Service Users and educate themselves in the area of Intellectual Disability.
We at RESPECT look forward to working with this dynamic group and their teachers.
